360 Office is an internal work app that Innercross (“we”, “the company”) provides to its employees and contractors for tasks, parts orders, maintenance scheduling and team chat. It isn’t for public use: the company’s administrators create every account.
This policy explains what the app stores, why, who can see it, and how to delete your account.
1. Information the app collects
- Account details: your name, username, work email, job title and role. Your password is stored only in hashed form by our sign-in provider; nobody at the company can see it.
- Profile photo (optional). Profile photos are stored at an unlisted web address, so anyone who has that exact address can open the photo.
- Work records you enter: tasks, notes, assignments and due dates; parts details such as descriptions, vendors, model and serial numbers, PO and order numbers, and photos of equipment data tags; maintenance plans, including the customer names and addresses staff enter for jobs.
- Team chat: messages, photos, reactions, and when you last read each conversation. If you take a screenshot inside a chat, the app posts a notice in that chat.
- Online status: while “Show when I’m online” is on, the app records when you were last active so teammates can see you’re online. You can turn it off in the More tab at any time.
- Notifications: a push token for your device, used only to deliver the app’s notifications.
- Camera and photos: used only when you choose to take or attach a photo.
The app doesn’t collect your location, contacts, advertising identifiers, analytics or tracking data, and it contains no ads.
2. How we use it
Only to run the app: to sign you in, show work to the right people according to their role, notify you about work assigned to you, and keep a record of who did what. Administrators can see an activity log of the notes added across tasks, parts and maintenance.
3. Who can see it
- Your coworkers in the app, according to their role. For example, field staff see only the parts they added or are assigned to.
- Service providers that host and deliver the app, acting only on our behalf: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage, hosted in Canada) and Expo and the Apple Push Notification service (to deliver notifications).
- Authorities, if the law requires us to disclose information.
We don’t sell personal information, share it for advertising, or let third parties track you.
4. How long we keep it
Your information is kept while your account is active. If an administrator deactivates your account, your work records stay as company records. If you delete your account, see section 5.
5. Deleting your account
In the app, open More → Delete my account and confirm with your password. This immediately:
- removes your login, so the account can never sign in again;
- removes your name, email, username, job title, profile photo, online status and push token;
- signs you out.
Tasks, parts, notes and chat messages you created are business records of the company. They remain, attributed to “Former user”. You can also ask an administrator, or contact us below, to delete your account.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our hosting provider. What each person can see is enforced by role on the server, not just in the app. Chat and parts photos are stored privately and shown through short-lived links.
7. Children
The app is for the company’s staff only and isn’t directed to children under 16.
8. Your choices
You can change your profile photo and your online-status setting in the app, ask an administrator to correct your details, and delete your account at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have other privacy rights; contact us to use them.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and its effective date.
